Pros

Purpose with real impact: Our work genuinely helps people breathe and live better; we're changing people lives. I've never felt like what I do matters like I do here. Supportive, transparent leadership: Corinne and her team share context openly, invite input, and empower you to make decisions. I’ve had real autonomy and access from day one. She also has some of the best advisors that have really helped me grow. Room for ownership & growth: Clear goals, thoughtful feedback, and room to experiment—wins are recognized and learning is encouraged. Collaborative, kind culture: Low-ego teammates who care about the mission and each other. Cross-functional partnerships are strong and respectful.

Cons

Fast pace: Priorities can shift quickly as we scale—energizing, but you need to be comfortable with change. Processes still maturing: Some systems are being built as we grow, which means occasional ambiguity (and lots of opportunity to shape how we work).

Pros

-Wonderful patients who make the work feel fulfilling. Diverse patient population means that any given day will contain many different disorder and treatment types. -Supportive coworkers help to create a cohesive office culture among clinicians. -Management is responsive and quick to answer any concerns when messaged. I felt valued as a clinician when speaking to our CEO and to my supervisor.

Cons

-Relatively sparse benefits--health insurance is provided but no 401k, license reimbursement, etc. Any materials like standardized assessments not already owned by the clinic are difficult to acquire. -Inconsistent supervision alternating between detailed, helpful feedback and minimal oversight. -Disorganized communication between clinicians and reception/admin sometimes leading to confusion or messages being lost. This was already improving by the time I left but is still in process.
