Anyone not in managerial position are mainly great.

My title says it all. People in the higher positions dont fully understand what is happening, they're stuck in their own ways but want to transition to be a better company. They make decisions based off their workload but dont care about what happens to everyone underneath them and the struggles they will have to handle. They like to throw responsibility onto you, make false promises and then when you meet all deadlines, find some excuse to not reward you. They say they are a family but you are only family if you're in the higher positions. Don't be fooled. They lack communication, assistance and knowledge.

I enjoyed a 9 day fortnight and most people were quite friendly and pleasant, they have a great product and there is parking on site.

A total lack of process where it mattered in a growing business, I felt no real support existed for me and was often left flying by the seat of my pants, at times with no one for support around me. My experience encompassed lack of direction and practically no training, internal politics were uncomfortable, and a heavy blame culture creates friction. It appeared as though there were many unduly stressed and incredibly unhappy people in parts of the business. Personally, I wouldn't recommend anyone work here, it sounds great in the interview, but it's very different in reality.
