Thanks for your review. I am sorry to read that you felt like this during your time working at Breast Cancer Now. Our 2023 staff survey suggested this is not the experience of the majority of staff with 91% enjoying the work they do and 95% enjoying working with their colleagues. 88% felt trusted to do their job and make decisions and 96% understand what we want to achieve as an organisation.
