      Pros

      Breaktime Media has exceeded all expectations of a first full-time job out of college. I have the best co-workers, a challenging workflow, and they encourage us to grow within our positions with multiple educational resources.

      Cons

      It can be hard to fit time in to go through those educational resources and work assignments while balancing life outside of work.

      Pros

      Breaktime has the best people and amazing benefits!!! I love the unlimited PTO policy, flexible work environment, and vacation stipend. I've never had such a supportive and engaged team.

      Cons

      Small team means it's always busy (and stakes can be high)! Would be great to see raises/promotions for the team members that deserve them.
