Pros

Coworkers are incredibly nice and helpful, they embodie the idea of a Team succeeds

Cons

Management only has 1 way of thinking. Their Systems are designed and kept to be the most complex and inefficient way of organization. The Company Purposefully understaffs every aspect to save money, at the cost of consistency and efficiency. A sales position should not require 3 monitors, 3+ programs, and numerous websites just to write up a sale. You have no individuality, you are just a drone, and that is all they want. if you think differently and say something, you are not considered a "team player"

Pros

Flexible hours, co-workers, work semi- independently.

Cons

NO job security! you can be let go anytime they want to do a "restructure". UNREALISTIC data driven goals, they're still working off COVID numbers and don't want to settle back down to reality, basically greed. Pay sucks, you can't get a place to live on your own with the compensation they offer, and the cost for the wear and tear on your vehicle is astounding, the competitors pay better. You're just a number that's micro-managed and they constantly let go of good employees that are making somewhat decent income for the work they put in and replace them with new ones that are paid significantly less with poor work ethics. It's a revolving door. There is no future for sales reps in this company as they are heading to e-commerce to eliminate actual bodies that physically go into stores and engage with owners and managers. How can this be a "best managed company" when there are constant labor disputes, strikes, layoffs, and restructurings? Use to be a good company to work for, once upon a time.
