      Pros

      It was a great way to start a career working with young people or in education. I was able to work in a PRU for 12 months and take holidays that I had booked throughout term time. I was able to make an impact with young people and have a rewarding role.

      Cons

      School holidays are unpaid (however wage compensates for this)

      Pros

      Flexible, Good Support, Friendly, can tailor to you needs, good prospects with opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      communication can sometime be a problem , not an always consistent work flow at jobs but this is to be expected....as some jobs can take on lots of new members of staff and then you are no longer needed, this is to be expected though.
