The pay is significantly below market rate, and the benefits are not very competitive. There is limited encouragement of big-picture thinking, and junior team members are often siloed into primarily executional or administrative tasks. Client exposure is minimal, with few opportunities to observe how insights are presented or to attend client meetings. This can make it difficult for those looking to grow their careers and develop a broader understanding of the business.
