It's a high-performing team that works and plays together, and everyone is very welcoming. Supportive CEO who is willing to try new things and support your ideas.
Cons
As they are not a large corporate, it doesn't yet have the brand recognition or marketing budget of bigger competitors, so winning net-new business takes more groundwork. That said, this is typical for a company at this stage of growth and their clients love them and take them with them to new companies.
