Not recommended company - Sales Representative Breakthrough Genomics Employee Review

My experience at Breakthrough Genomics was overwhelmingly negative. The leadership culture is marked by authoritarian behavior and a lack of respect toward employees, particularly those recruited from other markets. The company offers salaries far below industry standards and below what is fair for the level of responsibility expected, creating a constant sense of inequity and undervaluation. The work environment is also characterized by episodes of verbal mistreatment, public humiliation, and unnecessary pressure that directly affect employees’ emotional well-being. There are no effective support structures or communication channels to address these issues, leaving staff in a vulnerable position. I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking a healthy, respectful, and fair workplace.
