      Program team can get salaries without working

      Admin and finance doesn't have growth opportunities and very less salaries, discrimination exists despite this being a NGO working for the cause of females

      The clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      No benefits whatsoever. Office people are stuck up n snippy. Do not respect client wishes. Gave no reason for firing pertaining to treatment of my client. No gas mileage reimbursement. Etc etc
