      Pros

      A business that was started to help autistic children. Pays well Good benefits to salary employees

      Cons

      Owner only looks out for herself and ones in her circle. Owner will lie to your face and talk about you behind your back. EXTREMELY TOXIC environment. Only hires young white women, only 2-3 black females and over 35 white ones.
