Call center environment but nothing like a typical call center! Help is always near, all the team leads are very understanding and patient which makes working here so much better and easier. By far the best place I have ever worked. Its a start up company and I can definitely see growth within the company.

Tons of opportunities! If you are willing to work hard and offer suggestions and opinions, there are lots of positions to grow into. Almost every supervisor started at an entry level position and moved up. Also because they are growing so much more and more people are getting hired and promoted. Everyone knows everyone and we all know the goal is to grow the company and offer the best experience for our clients. Its a good atmosphere to be apart of.

If you easily adapt to change, you'll work out well here. If change is hard for you, then a growing start up may not be the best place for you. Everyone is expected to give 110% no matter what level of employee you are.
