Pros
The leadership here treated me with respect, which for people of certain skin colors/gender in tech these days is no small thing. The work was interesting, and I was given huge leeway to find my own solutions during engagements. My work was definitely satisfying, and several of my teammates had interesting perspectives that I learned from.
Cons
I came across two engineers who were so shockingly bad/toxic, that I was surprised they had managed to stay at the company for as long as they did. That was more the exception rather than the rule. At times I was assigned projects that felt like they had little to no clear objectives, but so long as I was with the right people, we delivered anyway. Again, the exception, not the rule. That's really about it, I enjoyed my time here so far.
