Pros
When I considered taking a job at Break Something about 2 years ago, I was concerned about the negative reviews on Glassdoor. And while Break Something is a young company and there are definitely growing pains, I've overall had such a positive experience here! The employees of Break Something recently unionized, and management and our amazing HR director were so proactive fulfilling the new terms of our contract -- like setting up DEI trainings, providing stipends for mental health services, etc. The people who work here are definitely the best part of the job, and I've found that senior management is so receptive to my requests to learn certain skills, take on certain types of work/certain types of clients. I've learned a ton and the management at Break Something supports and encourages that.
Cons
Cyclical nature of work because of campaigns, longer hours during peak campaign season but that comes with the territory of any work in campaigns.
