      Good culture. Strong executive team. Highly ethical. Very focused on associate satisfaction.

      Cons

      A recent attempt to take the company private fell through and derailed the company for a few months. Now we have to put that behind us, refocus and continue to out perform our financials - which hopefully will convince Wall Street that we remain a VERY strong and well run company with a VERY bright future.
