##Senior Management or Manager they just abuse their power
## Micro-Management at top level which can't be defined
##Not sticking to their words or as per the policy of organizations
##For every small thing threat will be given to search for new jobs
##No help or motivations from the team lead or senior manager
##Team leads always take the word into personally, never ever listen to employees word
##Always running behind targets no reactional activities it’s like daily wages labor
##Each and every team member of my team is frustrated from especially team leads and every one looking outside for change
##No positive gesture at all and last but not least its toxic environment to survive
