No different than all other call centers dedicated to collections. They offer bonuses but you may not qualify for them for a variety of reasons......micromanaged environment of course. Terrible training, obsolete tools and applications to do your job, inexperienced supervisors giving the wrong advice. Stay where you are whether is Wells Fargo, Discover or other similar call centers.
