      Pros

      Wonderful people, culture, come to work and you can make serious money. I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this company but the hiring process was very detailed and smooth. recruiter made themselves available through email and would always respond to any questions or concerns I had. I am thrilled to work for this company and see where this job takes me. I think if you show up to work, teachable, adapt, this job is for you! I honestly never heard of a company that offers so many benefits. please look in to this job if you do collections.

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
