      Great place for millennials in Columbus Ohio. This business is retail focused and if you aren't young and cute don't bother because you won't fit in.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is new to the company due to fast growth and therefore untrained and inexperienced. Management has minimal time to train and mentor. A lot of movement within the company and everyone only knows their own area and noting more.
