      Training and cont education great Pay rate and ALL benefits Friendly and supportive atmosphere Huge ptoential for growth and promotion (w/hard work)

      Cons

      No sick days (use PTO instead) Growing so fast that sometimes what we just learned becomes obsolete quickly
