      Pros

      Absolutely nothing. They are a complete joke.

      Cons

      They push there traveling agency side hustle on you while paying you only $9 an hour and expect you to travel over 50 miles one way to work at there other store. They had me by myself in the store on the second day with no training !!

      Pros

      Brazcom compensated me handsomely in commissions and bonuses. The company was glad to pay me overtime on top of my salaried position, and all of my travel expenses were covered. Brazcom is growing, and their employees have a chance to grow with the company.

      Brazcom doesn’t have enough locations yet.

      Pros

      We are motivated everyday, on each customer we get the satisfaction to have accomplished something good for all parts. All wins . our commissions are higher than the market. We get recognition on everything we do.

      Cons

      We need to be knowledgeable , do not waist our time.
