Great work culture, employees and experience Get to work on healthcare, education and government clients Asks about your personal areas of interest and help you grow Assigns a coordinator that checks in weekly with interns to make sure goals are being met and the interns can handle their workload Great intern pay
Cons
Discovered areas for improvement after the fact (in a written intern performance survey) Could have provided more guidance on some projects - directions were given, but examples or further direction would have been appreciated) They hire a lot of interns, but they make it seem like each round they take at least one which was not my experience
