I do want to respond by going through the facts as I am not sure where some of the statements came from?
First, I am the Director of Operations and Human Resources and can attest that only 2 of the reviews are from family members - all the rest of the reviews are from non-family members.
I also want to make it clear that we do not ask anyone to "pay" to take any courses - EVER. These are provided free of charge. The company provides a weekly lesson in personal development principles and then we have a mastermind weekly where we share gold nuggets from the lesson as a team-building exercise. No one is "forced" to join these. Everyone on my team and others have commented on how grateful they are that our Company invests 2 hours a week in paid time for our own personal development which is unique as most people who work for other companies have to pay for personal development courses and do this in their off hours outside of work.
It is true that one of our Core Values is Integrity. We live what we teach and deliver what we promise. Therefore if someone is not interested in personal development it will be challenging to stay in alignment with the Company's mission - and to work with our Marketing team. Believing in the product is an important aspect to be able to Market successfully.
In terms of our company's turnover rate it is well below the national average. I personally have worked for the Institute for seven years and I love what I do and the difference we are making in the world.
