There are far too many to list, but first of all please do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews they have. Most of the 5 star reviews are written by management (the family) to hide all of the real negative reviews.
Seriously run as fast as you can from them. Life Mastery Institute, or whatever they're calling themselves now, is one big scam. They lure you in with the promise of an extremely generous salary (I was offered 6 figures) and the promise of growth bonuses. What they don't tell you is that they strongly encourage (basically force) you to take various paid "executive leadership" courses. One of these courses was over $12,000 for one year. When I explained to management that I was uncomfortable with this, they told me that all of their most successful employees took them and if I wasn't comfortable I wouldn't be a good fit for their "culture". Guess I'm not a good fit because I don't think it's ethical or right to do this. Seems that others feel the same way because with the exception of the family members turnover here is extremely high.
