the LCs, CMs, learners, and most of the central team are great to work with. The work is relatively easy and straightforward. Flexibility and a good work-life balance.
Cons
Low salary compared to the responsibilities and workload. Poor communication and coordination between departments. Lack of transparency regarding decisions and internal processes. Some leadership and management positions are filled by individuals who appear to have limited experience or qualifications for the role. Career progression and salary increases can sometimes feel influenced more by personal relationships and visibility than by performance and results.
