      Pros

      Passionate people that care about their job and clients.

      Cons

      This company has acquired a lot of smaller companies and are still in the growing process. This creates a lot of disjointed goals and culture. Progress gets bogged down by bureaucracy. They also don't want to employ enough people so folks get overworked and burnt out. Career growth low.

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
