      Not much. Management is a joke.

      High pressure to be billable at all times. The Texas operations is like a revolving door of employees who stay 1 to 2 years.

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
