      Blurred vision of culture, very resilient to change. Upper management lacking leadership and direction. Apathetic and dispassionate developers in general.

      It was an excelent experience and I grown my carrer working for Braspag.

      The people managent are decreased over the years, and the high level managers left the companie, causing turning over on the companie.
