Pros

Provide training and induction period, with further training on BOW Good, fast-tracked career progression if they see you have potential 40% off discount, plus further discounts over Christmas, Mother's Day, etc Deal with good mix of customers, good focus on engagement

Cons

Expect tasks and customer engagement to happen simultaneously when it is sometimes near impossible, especially days of VM change or numerous stock. Pay is minimum wage for part-timers, not much more for ASM and Managers. Often called in most days, sometimes doing 50-hour weeks, expectation to come into work. No work/life balance. Throw new employees into deep end, often rostering them as the only person in the store a couple weeks in.
