      Pros

      Harbor East area is very beautiful and you will get a chance to see it. Oh, you get paid every Tuesday.

      Cons

      No chances of a raise unless you move up in rank, try to take a lobby lead position, OR work outside. They dont care about you personal problems. Point system SUCKS! You get written up for any and everything. Employees are like highschool kids, even the adults. GOSSIP everywhere. management has favorites.

      Pros

      You get to enjoy a flexible schedule in which you choose how many hours a week you want to work and times of day that work best for you. Management always goes above and beyond. Your coworkers are very laid back and there is very little drama if any at all. You also have the opportunity to work just the event side or you can choose to have a set schedule and work the industrial side. With the event side you also meet vendors from all over the country which is extremely interesting. I have friends now who live all over the United States because of this job.

      Cons

      If you choose to work just the events there are certain seasons that are slower than others, meaning you may not be getting many hours during that time period because there are none to give.
