In my two years here I have found the team to be really committed, hungry to achieve and great fun to work with. This enables them to deliver results at a speed I have rarely seen over the course of a pretty long working life. The product has recently been revamped and is now competitive with the best out there from a brand management point of view. Great culture and flat management structure means everyones contribution is vital and can be recognised. Hopefully the company can build on the good work over the last 2years and grow itself and its people accordingly.

The only negative is the usual challenge of being a small company and the occasional frustration that brings in terms of resource. Hopefully changing now though.

Everyone in the company is friendly, open-minded and always try their best to help you. The management team is supportive, they listen to your ideas, giving guidance when needed. The best thing about Brandworkz is they will always value your opinions and ask you for a better way to solve a problem or to come up with new project ideas. This enables employees to think and act independently. They have a great team with talented and humble people who help you to learn and grow everyday. From the tech team to business and marketing, everyone knows their job well. The company also allows employees to work from home which represent a great deal of trust in their employees' capability. I would recommend my friend to work here!
