Pros
This is a place of teamwork and exponential growth. Most individuals who work here learn a lot and move up quickly if they have the drive, determination, and desire to grow. We have many employees that have been here 5+ years because we function like no other agency in the best of ways. We value work/life balance, teamwork, honest marketing, and client satisfaction. Did I mention we have a lot of fun along the way? We have quarterly play days, weekly lunches, paid learning opportunities, many holidays off, as well as Fridays off!
Cons
Not a true con, but there are times when you are outrageously busy but it ALWAYS pays off. Hard work never goes unnoticed and support is always available from your team. There is no "I" at Brandtailers, only "WE".
