on the way out - Account Director Brandscreen Employee Review

The team at Brandscreen are absolutely awesome. In my entire career (and it's been with some great local and global entities) I haven't worked with such a company-wide team of 'awesomeness' as much as these guys. The caliber of talent is next to none.

Recent events causing voluntary administration (search mumbrella or related articles) and the subsequent acquisition has been less than desirable on multiple fronts. The tech, infrastructure, development and product teams are awesome, but do your research very carefully if looking to join in the future as it may no longer be what it seems.. Those employees that made Brandscreen so awesome are leaving, or have already left. The rest will surely follow.

The team were the best in market. Everyone wanted to change the world. Each person on the team had an important role to play and came to work inspired each day.

Extremely long hours. Company went into VA. Company was lacking direction once new owners took control. Team didn't feel like they were able to change the world any longer.
