There is a great deal of opportunity to grow within the company if you take initiative and work for it (like any real job). Brandperx pays all their employees well, and being a small business that is saying a great deal in this economy. Brandperx has had a dedicated team of great people who have worked with them through the last 5 years, and will continue to for the simple reason that we all enjoy and appreciate working at Brandperx.
