      Great working environment. Staff and residents care about you individually and alway thank you and reward you for your hard work. Best nursing home in Augusta.

      Cons

      Frequently understaffed which causes frustration to both the staff and the works. But its constantly improving. Staff is encouraged to work together which makes it a better experience.
