      Pros

      Outsources workers from India (Graphic Artists) and Philippines (Sales and Customer Service)

      Cons

      Fast turnover on people. Fires people like the plague. Cheats people of their money by very high unaffordable expedited shipping costs, when it fact it's only cheap. Promises rush orders but never really deliver. Quality of items most of the time are not good thus receiving a lot of redos for these misprinted items.

      Pros

      Competitive salary. No micromanagement. A lot of freedom to prioritize and pursue goals as you see fit. Helpful, friendly and welcoming colleagues. A solid foundation of success to build on.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through growing pains. There is lots of opportunity for professional growth but in the meantime there are some organizational challenges to overcome.
