      Solid culture, good people, great industry. Branders paid well on the spectrum, and offered great tools to get the job done

      Cons

      Lacked overall vision, unless that vision was just to sell the company. Support was whittled away to where sales folks just had to do it all themselves

      Pros

      Competitive salary. No micromanagement. A lot of freedom to prioritize and pursue goals as you see fit. Helpful, friendly and welcoming colleagues. A solid foundation of success to build on.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through growing pains. There is lots of opportunity for professional growth but in the meantime there are some organizational challenges to overcome.
