Pros
Brandefined was an amazing experience for a recent college grad. I started as a novice, and with the guidance, tutelage and training from the more experienced employees, I learned many masteries and developed a wide skills set. I learned much about digital branding and advertising.
Other skills included learning interdepartmental communication, organization, prioritization and tolerance.
The people that work there are amazing, intelligent and hardworking professionals. The teammates are what made even the toughest days fun thanks to sass, snark, sarcasm and wit (all in good fun, of course), and lead by the most competent manager to keep us together.
I am happy to have worked alongside those individuals, and also to call them my friends.
Previously there have been some reviews stating that the owners are homophobic. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I can say those accusations are completely bunk. The owners are great guys, and in the three years that I was there, I was never treated with anything other than kindness and respect.
Cons
The workload can become incredibly stressful at at times, and this can lead to a lot of negativity. The key to success is to not surround yourself by that negativity and let it influence your actions
