Pros

Brandcast is not afraid to challenge healthcare industry marketing traditions, has an approachable and transparent leadership team, has a supportive culture where everyone cares about your wellbeing, offers completely flexible hybrid working, and provides opportunities to work on creative and interesting digital projects on the brand and medical education side

Cons

Sometimes project types for bigger pharma clients can feel repetitive, some clients are challenging to work with and can provide a stressful environment for project teams

Pros

Most people are talented, hard-working, and lovely. The work can be excellent and there are some awesome clients and accounts. Depending on the team you work with and your department, work/life balance can be decent.

Cons

Pay is on the lower to middling scale; so are pay rises. Unless you're one of the chosen (very) few, expect to wait a long time for promotion, due to a mix of shifting goalposts, lack of opportunity to demonstrate and develop skills, and senior management delaying promotions by half a year even when they are deserved, presumably to save money. Toxic and damaging behaviours displayed by some people are not addressed effectively by the management, leaving others to suffer.

Pros

Brandcast is a fantastic place to work, with a committed and supportive team. The Senior Leadership have been pushing open feedback across the agency and have largely listened and reacted positively to the opinions of the team. Regular updates directly from the Directors have helped keep everyone informed of developments across the business. Improved benefits and the recent introduction of flexible working has really helped promote a positive work life balance. Monthly socials are great, bringing the team together in London on a regular basis.

Cons

40 hour weeks can feel long and sometimes draining but flexible working helps. Client demands can be testing
