      Staff are awesome, its a job

      Cons

      Family owned, under paid, over worked. Bosses dont care about employees and will abuse you over stupid things. No support and will just make you feel like an idiot. Do not work for these people, borderline criminal how they treat employees.

      Much easier to reach your direct superiors Collaboration and collectiveness working with colleagues across Africa
