Pros

- I joined there at my 2.4 years of experience (SE) and promoted to SSE within 1 year. I left the job few days back when I got to move to my native place (chennai). - Adopting new technologies (after adequate R&D) - Faster carrier growth (people who show their competent) & good salary package - Friendlier environment. - They provide cab and food facility for late working hours

Cons

- No on-site oppertunity - Lunch quality should be improved

Pros

BrandSystems is a great place to work. The environment is very innovative, and the leaders are very supportive. My team is very helpful and we work well together. The company gives good work-life balance and there are many opportunities to grow in career. Salary and benefits are also good. I also like that I get to work with people from different countries and feel connected to the company’s values.

Cons

Sometimes communication can be slow, and processes can feel a bit complicated. Also, the workload can be high at times, which makes it difficult to manage everything. Some decisions take time to implement.

Pros

Supportive Team Environment: The head of development and team leads are not only knowledgeable but also approachable. They go out of their way to help team members, providing guidance and support whenever technical challenges arise. Opportunities for Learning: The company encourages learning and development, with leads who actively share their expertise and promote skill growth within the team. Collaborative Culture: Within the development team, there’s a strong sense of collaboration. Everyone is willing to share knowledge, which fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Cons

Lack of Trust from Top Management: The top management seems to have little faith in the team, which creates a sense of mistrust and restricts the freedom to innovate and take ownership of projects. Disconnect Between Management and Employees: While the development leads strive to create a positive work environment, their efforts often go unrecognized by top management. This disconnect leads to missed opportunities for improving employee satisfaction, such as salary hikes and team-building activities. Limited Recognition and Rewards: Despite the hard work and dedication of the team, there is little recognition from the top management. The lack of a formal process for acknowledging and rewarding employees' contributions can be demotivating. Ineffective Communication from Leadership: Communication from top management is often unclear or lacking, which can lead to confusion and uncertainty among employees about company goals and expectations.
