Pros
Learn a lot during my short time there. Could have learnt a lot more if I had been more focused. Have gone through 4 jobs since then and actually that was the place that I got the most experience even though I was there for less than a year.
Cons
Maybe I was a young fresh grad back then, so I really loved the colleagues. With hindsight that was actually a bad thing. Boss gave us too much independance and I guess we were too young to handle it.
