Absolutely nothing here outweighs the cons!

Though there is absolutely no security with anything in life, however this is blatantly put out there. The management team is all about their personal profit from their direct down line. Highly micromanaged and little compassion for true effort on your behalf. The message is "Helping People To Live Life Better" Sooo far from the truth. BEWARE HIGH TURNOVER, not worth the FAKE painting!! It's all a facade, unrecognized shows, that will never make it to that WOW factor. Not Nielsen rated, employees are the most watched and biggest fans.

Nonpayment for Professional Recruiting Services — BrandStar / Britton Marketing & Design Group / Kreps PR + Marketing ⸻ Complaint Description: I am a small business owner who has operated successfully for five years providing professional recruiting and HR consulting services. Unfortunately, this is the first time in my career that I have had a client refuse to pay for completed work. I was hired by BrandStar to recruit top talent for their subsidiary companies, Britton Marketing & Design Group and Kreps PR + Marketing. Under our agreement, I sourced, vetted, and delivered two exceptional hires who made a meaningful and immediate impact on their teams. My invoices were submitted promptly and in full alignment with the agreed-upon terms. Despite multiple polite follow-ups via email and phone, I have received no payment and no communication. My invoices are now significantly past due, and I have not been given any explanation or update regarding payment status. As a working mother and small business owner, this situation has placed a real financial and emotional strain on me. I invest deeply in every client’s success, often going above and beyond expectations, and I entered this partnership in good faith based on BrandStar’s reputation and prior relationship with one of their executives. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional for a company of this size and visibility to completely ignore financial obligations to a vendor who upheld her end of the agreement.
