Pros
I am working with Brandlock since 6 years on contract till date. The team is amazing and they really value your opinion whereas in other companies my experience has been different. I haven’t ever been worried about my job security at Brandlock. They are pretty straightforward with their approach.
Cons
Its a growing company so at times the expectations could feel overwhelming but its not something thats difficult or unmanageable if you’re organised enough! The attrition here is very low and they won’t fire you so its upto you to be organised and have a plan about you not getting too comfortable with the liberty they give you & upskill yourself and have a plan to grow here.
