Pros
If your work is above average, you can raise through the ranks quickly due to the company being small and their never ending need of more (good) people. Hence also pretty good job security if you are not awful. Good as a first job after college. The overall company culture is not bad, they try. Overall I think it's ok to give it a try, especially as a start into your career. Just don't stay longer than it's worth your while - move on!
Cons
Management likes to throw new titles and promotions at people, but the pay does not reflect their praise at all. Very frustrating. Also, if you take pride in your work and like to create a quality work product, you mostly will not get this here. Deadlines are often so tight that quantity almost always trumps quality.
