Pros
Generally, the job is all about having a good time and representing the brand. If you are an outgoing, sociable and positive person, this job is for you. Working in new, dynamic environments each time was very fun. Also, the company is involved with many popular events, like Sea Sessions, Electric Picnic, charity runs, etc., so you're always involved in the next big thing.
Cons
Time management is a massive issue. Being honest, I have had my shifts cancelled, rescheduled and modified more times than not. It is very unpredictable, to the point where I would message my employer every time before a shift started just to make sure it was still going ahead.
