Pros

Learned a lot. Felt my ideas and thoughts were listened to and had value. pay was OK. Could bring my dogs to work (if I had one). Great customers!

Cons

Some of the staff from the other companies caused drama and constantly sought to put us down. Mgt was focused on problems at other companies. Often felt that Brand My Message was coasting along while other companies got the $$$ and consultant attention. Was told that all that was ending soon as other companies being sold or closed. Hope so.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad you enjoyed being part of our Team. As with virtually any tech company, our people are the heart of our Company. I'm happy to state that all of BMM's sister companies also acquired in the awful acquisition are gone and we are 100% focusing on growing this great company. If your career path ever heads this way to Wisconsin again, we would love to have you rejoin the team. - Christopher Hytry Derrington

Pros

-Fun place to work. Food and drinks brought in all the time. -Coworkers brought their dogs. One asked about bringing a pot belly pig -Cared for the customers and keeping them happy. -Knew where we stood as far as financials were concerned. -Debating best way to solve problems. Loved proving CEO that his idea was wrong. Group decisions -No formal dress code

Cons

- Money was always tight. Asked several times to hold paychecks for a few days. I didn't mind as mgt was open with why money was tight. To be expected in growing company. - Took to long getting rid of coworkers that weren't up to the skillset tasks. Mgt spent to long trying to give them every chance to get with the program. Coddled drama coworkers to much. -Not enough training. Mgt expected us to figure out what training we needed. Some structure would have been nice.
