Pros

I have worked with Brand Iron for two years. Before becoming a full time employee, I worked as a consultant to the company for a year. I have had the opportunity to participate in former employee discussions about the culture and workload at Brand Iron in the past, and participated with the current team to build from that past starting point. Watching the workings of a company as a consultant - where people felt free to share their concerns and praise for Brand Iron, and then making the decision to become a full time employee and take on the goal of living up to our brand promise to deliver the best products to our clients, helping other team members grow and become part of what Brand Iron is today have all been extremely rewarding experiences. I feel like our current team is so focused, but also creating a fun, diverse culture together. From yoga on the roof, to themed potluck lunches, and the occasional happy hour - we're having fun, too! We're a fairly young team, but everyone jumps in and is willing to take on something new to get projects completed. The growth of each team member is so fun to see. I love being a part of Brand Iron. I love watching everyone grow and become experts in their particular job duties.

Cons

I agree with others who have shared that we often have large workloads with tight turnarounds. Every one of us is working on creating better ways to communicate, meet deadlines and create better work flows to lessen those stressful times.

Pros

Remote working, knowledgeable management, you will learn a lot while your time at the company.

Cons

Timelines can be challenging. I like being in an office so working remotely can be difficult getting to know your team members.

Pros

Free parking? Free work related ptsd?

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. HR should not be the wife of the CEO. This leads to a very toxic team. A very terrible way to start off my marketing career out of college. It taught me what I didn't want in a work place or management team.
