Very few. People are just too nice and too much fun. Problem is that having worked at Brand you will never want to work anywhere else.

Good and timely salary. The finance team is very prompt. You get plenty opportunity to show your skills and develop some too.

Management/leadership don’t appreciate hard work. They only value people who can work long hours with no focus on personal health and well being. If you work hard and deliver on time and client appreciate your work, yet the management don’t value. Unless you slog long hours, night hours even if you are an average performer, you’ll still be rewarded.
