Honestly one of the worst places I have ever worked and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Well under staffed meaning that current workforce have zero work life balance and regularly work over contracted hours with no compensation. Unable to retain staff. Expected that staff work late into the evenings and at weekends to meet unrealistic targets and deadlines. Systems that are outdated and unfit for purpose. Clicky senior management team where I would describe certain members as bullys who speak to other members of staff like dirt. Pay is well below market rate and benefits are shocking (practically no maternity pay, rubbish pensions, very rarely pay out a bonus. Do not believe the positive reviews on here. It is common knowledge within the business that HR ask current staff to leave positive reviews when a poor reviews have been left. Quite surprised that this business is still trading.
