One of the worst company in the list of IT staffing company in RVA area!
Cons
Poor management, lack of leadership, lack of IT staffing knowledge, high turnover (14 staffs quit in 1yr), management is not trustworthy, although BranCore is a minority company but management often seen to discriminate people based on their age, color and social background.
